The National Certificate in Workplace Mediation™

Practical Mediation Skills™

This two-day CPD-approved course focuses on resolving conflict effectively to prevent issues from escalating. Delegates will gain the skills, strategies, and competencies needed to conduct mediation interventions as part of their existing roles. Delivered by leading mediation trainers in the UK, the course is built on TCM’s acclaimed FAIR Mediation Model™, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.

Core Mediation Skills™

This one-day course equips managers and HR professionals with essential skills to understand why workplace disputes arise and how to address them effectively. It focuses on building the key competencies needed to resolve conflicts between employees early in the grievance process. Gain the tools to proactively manage and defuse workplace conflict before it escalates!

HR as Coach and Mediator™

This course equips delegates with the skills to respond calmly and neutrally to workplace conflict. Over two days, participants develop active listening, reframing, and boundary-setting techniques to foster resolution and lead by example.

It builds on delegates’ instincts and experience with conflict resolution, offering a proven mediation model alongside practical tips for managing disputes effectively.
